Eccentric Axle Removal Tool: For removing the eccentric axle.  This tool acts as a drift punch and allows a mechanic to insert the unit into notch of the axle.   After mating to the axle, the tool is designed to be used with a mallet, struck upon thus, driving the axle out of the hub shell.
